Automation of business processes using the RPA method

Bachelor thesis deals with principles of RPA application for the field of administrative processes automation. Thesis states possible risks, benefits and technologies related to RPA. The main part of the thesis outlines key indicators of processes that are suitable for automation, key areas on which company should focus when implementing RPA and fundamentals of RPA implementation. The following part of the thesis analyses products of leading companies in RPA sector. In the last part a company process for automation is recommended. The selection of the process is explained given the facts found in the previous parts of the thesis.
Principles of Land Register Adminstration

This master´s thesis deals with the basic principles of the Land Register, comparing those principles on the basis of previous legal regulation in effect until the end of 2013 and current legislation, where from the 1st January 2014 came to force Act no. 256/2013 Coll., on Land Registry (Cadastral Act) and Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code. Many changes, important for principles of the cadastre, are enshrined in these regulations. Thesis describes particular principles and states the most important changes, that occured in connection with the new legislation. It explains these changes theoretically and also practically on simple examples for better understanding of the principle.

Principles of the Land Register Keeping

This master’s thesis deals with the basic principles of the Land Register. It compares establishment of principles in the previous legal regulation in effect until the end of year 2013 with the new legislation effective from the 1st of January 2014, when the new Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll. and the new Cadastral Law No. 256/2013 Coll. entered into force. The new Civil Code brings large changes in the recodification of private law. Some important changes are related to the topic of this thesis, it changes the definition of immovable property, expands the range of rights registered in the cadastre and significantly affects the principles of the Land Register. The thesis explains the principles and searches for the most significant changes brought by the new legislation. Furthermore the thesis also discusses the status of the property owner. So it focuses mainly on the principle of material publicity related to the protection of good faith. The conclusion summarizes the most important changes in legislation that significantly affected the principles of the Land Register and assurance of the correct acquisition of property rights.
Project Management In Manufacturing Company

The Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the project management in the manufacturing company. At first the theoretical basis, is established, principles, themes and processes of the PRINCE2 defined. In the analytical sector the company is introduced, and the course of contract, based on project management perspective, is analyzed. Also, based on comparison, the differences between the current state and the approach of PRINCE2 are registered. Finally, the results of the analysis are applied for suggestion of changes, whose should be applied, to make project managed by the PRINCE2 methodology.
Application of the principles of facility management for cost optimization of administrative buildings

The current civil engineering reality is showing disturbing fact that no profession are present in all phases the life cycle of a construction object. Is becoming increasingly evident need for interconnection of all participants of the investment process in all phases the life cycle of a construction object, and it is thanks to facility management. Facility management in the Czech Republic is still relatively new and continually develops. Facility management is introduced including the associated standards in this thesis.Thesis deals with the position of facility manager and define facility management principles. The proposed methodology for monitoring of the operational life cycle cost of buildings is also presented on the specific construction object. Defined facility management principles are then set in the context of cost management of the selected construction object. The aim of the doctoral thesis is to prove or disprove that the application of the facility management principles can optimize the costs of administrative buildings.
Design of Educational Videos for the Study Programme English in Electrical Engineering and Informatics

V současné době se informační technologie aktivně zapojují do vzdělávání po celém světě, zejména po celosvětové pandemii. Pokroky a inovace v oblasti vzdělávacích technologií, jako je přístup k internetu, multimediální technologie a přenosná zařízení, vedly k významným změnám ve způsobu interakce a učení. Rostoucí tendence k využívání technologií a jejich zařazení do školních osnov získaly zásadní význam. Zejména využití videa jako audiovizuálního materiálu v hodinách cizího jazyka se rychle rozšířilo, protože se stále více klade důraz na komunikativní přístup a využívání videa představuje pro učitele cizích jazyků velký přínos při zprostředkování výuky. Cílem této bakalářské práce je diskutovat o významu využití videa v hodinách technických předmětů vyučovaných v anglickém jazyce a pokusit se definovat charakteristické vlastnosti kvalitního edukačního videa. K identifikaci a zkoumání relevantních teorií a metod souvisejících s konceptem edukačního videa byla použita rešerše literatury, která odhalila, že edukační videa se stala klíčovou součástí vysokoškolského vzdělávání a poskytují důležitý nástroj pro výuku obsahu v převráceném, kombinovaném a online vyučování. Videa také zvyšují angažovanost studentů, což vede ke zlepšení jejich studijních výsledků. Používání videí stimuluje kognitivní procesy myšlení, uvažování, řešení problémů, rozhodování a tvoření. Videa přenesou studenta nad rámec aktivit souvisejících s vybavováním si probrané látky a vytvářením souvislostí. Praktická část představuje proces tvorby vzdělávacích videomateriálů a zaměřuje se na tvorbu sérií edukačních videí pro vybrané elektrotechnické a informatické předměty vyučované v angličtině.
Theoretical Aspects of Value Added Tax

The thesis focuses on selected theoretical aspects of value added tax administration and pays special attention to two areas that have not been sufficiently treated by financial science so far. The first one is the definition and application of legal principles of financial law to value added tax and the second one is the transfer of value added tax administration to those involved in tax administration. The application of the sectoral legal principles of financial law takes place in both substantive and procedural law. The existing financial science in the Czech literature has concluded that the following principles are involved: (i) the principle of the market model of the national economy, (ii) the principle of the payment system, (iii) the principle of regulation of monetary funds, (iv) the principle of democratic legitimation of financial policy, (v) the principle of supervision in public financial activity, (vi) the principle of economic efficiency of financial relations and (vii) the principle of priority of the fiscus. However, nowhere is it satisfactorily defined what specific or rather abstract rules these principles contain and why they were chosen as general principles of financial law forming a regulatory umbrella over the entire field. Alternative nutritional directions and their effects on health

: My bachelor's thesis called Alternation Nutrition Ways and Their Effect on Health aims to find connections between primary knowledge about the effect of alternative ways of diet on human health and choosing the preferred type of eating (traditional or alternative kind of eating). The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts, essential nutritional human's needs, and selected alternative eating ways in which their principle, positive and negative effect on human's health is described. The practical part of the thesis evaluates the research results, which focused on women and men aged 15-30 years old. This part also consists of the results of a survey of two groups - alternatively and traditionally eating.
